This 2-year Epson Preferred Plus Next-Business-Day1 plan provides a whole unit exchange in the event that your product requires service per the terms and conditions of the plan. The plan is available for purchase for a maximum of 4 years, for up to a total 5 years of continuous coverage Plans can be purchased anytime that you are covered under the Epson limited warranty or an Epson extended service plan.

We accept returns on non-sale items that are in original packaging, unused, and unwashed within 30 days of receipt. Please follow our returns/exchanges process below.
